When someone experiences trauma, feelings of panic, depression, hopelessness, anxiety, and fear are common. These reactions are natural responses to overwhelming events that shatter a person\u2019s sense of security and control, leaving them feeling helpless and disempowered.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"369\" data-end=\"729\">Post-Traumatic Stress (PTS) is a normal response to trauma and can show up as anxiety, terror, depression, nightmares, flashbacks, sleep disturbances, and difficulty concentrating. These symptoms can appear immediately after the trauma or even years later. Some people may also feel disconnected or emotionally numb, struggling to process their grief and pain.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"731\" data-end=\"1039\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Often, individuals live with unresolved trauma without recognizing it.
