Couples Counselling can help by exploring what your needs are in your relationship, how you meet those needs, also how you communicate with those closest to you. Emotionally focused therapy,an intervention based on scientific study of adult love and bonding processes in couples, is designed to address distress in the intimate relationship of adults. Strategies from emotionally focused therapy can also be used in family therapy to help family members connect and improve emotional attachments.

“My Counselling sessions are done in a safe, caring, confidential, and non-judgemental environment; helping clients to achieve personal growth and understanding. My aim as a professional counsellor is to unify  a variety of techniques and approaches from schools of therapy such as Psychoanalysis, Person Centred, Gestalt, Cognitive therapies and Emotionally Focused Therapy.”
